ASP: Troopers, EMS respond to three car crash at the Bobby Hopper Tunnel

Arkansas State Police and emergency responders are on the way to a three car crash at the south end of the Bobby Hopper Tunnel. Dispatchers said there was a three car crash in the northbound lane inside the tunnel. Police have not said if any lanes are blocked at this time.
