A woman has died after her car rolled over on I-49 near the Winslow exit south of Fayetteville Friday morning.

She was driving a 2005 Trailblazer south when she went off the left side of the highway while negotiating a curve and struck a drainage ditch, causing her vehicle to flip several times, according to the summary
Sherrod was driving south on I-49 near the Winslow exit at about 10:20am when she departed the roadway to the left and entered a drainage ditch. This caused her car to flip multiple times and she was ejected from the vehicle, which came to rest 30 feet away from where she was thrown. The cause of the accident remains under investigation, though the report states that it was raining which may have been a contributing factor.
