Crash cuts power, halts light rail on section of Central Avenue
A pickup truck heading south on Central rear-ended another car at around 1:30 a.m., Phoenix Police Sgt. Jonathan Howard said.
The truck struck a power box and tree before crossing the roadway and striking a light rail pole, Howard said.
