Sam Allred, who turns 16 on July 8, was the driver of a four-wheeler with his younger brother, Tom, around midnight when rolled on Kasilof Beach on the Kenai Peninsula. Sam was airlifted to Central Peninsula Hospital in Soldotna, and then taken to Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage.
