The driver of the other vehicle was taken to an area hospital for treatment of his injuries.

Louis Jarman, 69, was driving on Alabama 40 when he crashed head-on into an oncoming vehicle. The crash left Jarman, who was not wearing a seat belt, dead at the scene, while the other driver was injured and hospitalized.
