Wed, 11/26/2014Scott M. Egbert, 19, of Ogden, and Wyatt Kelsey, 20, of Layton, were killed in a rollover crash along Trappers Loop (state Route 167) late Wednesday. Kelsey was driving a vehicle with four others, at high speed, when the vehicle rolled just before midnight.
