A total of seven vehicles were damaged in a collision that happened at about 6 a.m. on Interstate 16 that began when a tractor-trailer struck an SUV, and then rolled over a passenger vehicle. The SUV then collided with a tanker truck, and the passenger vehicle burst into flames.
