Chena Pump Road

James R. Stacy was driving on Chena Pump Road at about 1:30 a.m., and was reported swerving and weaving in and off the road. His pickup truck went down a steep embankment and into a ditch, and he sustained serious injuries. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
