Driver Identified in Elkton Hit-and-Run
Virginia State Police say a hit-and-run crash that happened on Thursday night has now been handed over to a commonwealth's attorney.
Larry Lee Barn was walking along Route 340 north near Red Brush Road when a car veered off the road and struck him. Baen suffered multiple broken bones after the incident but is expected to recover. The driver of the car sped away, but was later identified by police as 42-year-old Debra Lee Kite.
