New Hartford motorcyclist died after running red light, police say

Police investigated the scene of the crash on the road for over four hours, officials said.
A 51-year-old Marcy woman died Tuesday when her motorcycle collided with two other vehicles in New Hartford, New York. Lisa A. Lloyd-Amuso was killed while she was driving on Middle Settlement Road at the intersection of state Route 5 around 4:18 p.m. She collided with a vehicle heading west on state Route 5. The collision sent Lloyd-Amuso into a second vehicle stopped at the intersection. The driver of the westbound vehicle, 20-year-old Nathan C. Dugan, of Sherrill, suffered a minor hand injury. The driver of the second vehicle, 25-year-old Samantha A. Corrigan, of New Hartford, sustained no injuries.
