I-80 fatal crash victim identified
A Swift Transportation semitractor-trailer driven by Martin Zermeno-Tapia, 50, of Grand Prairie, Texas, had been stopped on the interstate because of a large amount of traffic attempting to merge onto eastbound I-80 from northbound U.S. 61.
The semitractor-trailer had just started rolling when it was struck by a black Cadillac CTS driven by Van Hamme, according to police.
