Teen driver denies charges in crash that killed 5
An attorney for Bradley Morales told the Orange County Register Monday that the District Attorney's Office has petitioned to charge the teen defendant as an adult.
A fiery crash left five teenage passengers dead and one injured teenage driver, who had been ejected from the vehicle, in Irvine early Saturday morning. A small sedan crashed and ended up on an embankment engulfed in flames. Five people were found deceased in the car and one juvenile male, identified as Bradley Morales, 16, was transported to a local trauma center with serious injuries. Morales did not have a drivers license.
