The bodies were burned beyond recognition according to the Orange County Fire Authority. A sixth person, a teenage male, was sent to Mission Hospital in serious condition. According to the injured teen, the youths were leaving from a night trip to Knott's Berry Farm. The crash happened at approximately 2:15 AM. According to witnesses, the youths were in their mid-to-late teens.

He should be treated as adult since he was trying to act like one and assume the charges of murder and negligence. 6 people in a car that seats 5?? ...lucky??? I would say he escaped instead of trying to help.

I think... Yes he should face responsibilities as his & the others teenagers parents, all of them are responsible for letting their kids going with who knows who, .. PARENTS NEED TO GET INVOLVED & INFORMED in how they getting there & who's bringing them back.. ALL SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE..

If police want to do justice they will find out who the owner of BMW is and trail him- her as well for providing the car. Thank u!

There's a need for parents to get involved in their kids plans & know the details of it... NOT SIMPLY "say yes " and let them go loose with out asking proper questions.. Both sides are guilty in this very very sad case that could it been avoided :(
