Sat, 11/29/2014Richard Patterson, 21, was driving his Honda Accord southwest on Powell Butte Highway when he crossed over the centerline and struck a Chevy Suburban head-on. Patterson died from injuries sustained in the crash. 35-year-old Ryan Reed, the driver of the Honda, suffered serious injuries.
